Remember the sounds of F1 in the 90’s? Engines producing upwards of 1000 hp and reaching ear piercing 17,000 RPM? Well, at Piloti we salute that era with our V12 grand prix roast. This darker roast (Southern Italy Style) is made to almost the second crack during the roasting procedure and released into the cooling bin to have an intense flavor. Much bolder, yet smooth and rich in flavor with notes of hazelnut. The crema is a little darker, dense, and compact with plenty of flavors. Will really stand out in milk-based drinks producing a dense yet smooth taste with an amazing aroma. The cooling process is very intense until the coffee is fully cured to our specifications. Our V12 grand prix roast is for the discerning coffee drinker who appreciates a green flag day.
