A MESSAGE TO OUR COMMUNITY

At Piloti, we have been proud members of the motorsport community since 1999. As partners in this community, we know that it is our responsibility to take all measures necessary to protect and support our team – our employees, our customers, and the individuals throughout our supply chain.

That is why, effective March 20, 2020, we will be proactively closing our American distribution center for 2 weeks, to do our part in containing the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. 
We will continue to monitor and reassess the situation daily.

What does this mean for me? 


1. Am I still able to place an online order at Piloti US during this closure?

Yes, our Piloti US online store will be accepting orders, though please be aware that delivery will be delayed by a minimum of 2 weeks.

2. I would like to cancel an existing order that has not yet shipped. What do I do?

If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed, and that you have not yet received shipping confirmation for, please reach out to us at piloti.customerservice@piloti.com, and we will issue you an order cancellation immediately.

3. I would like to return or exchange a pair of shoes. What do I do?

While our distribution center is closed, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns. Once we are able to receive returns, you will be notified by email and via our social channels – we will also be extending our Returns Policy from 30 to 60 days, for all orders placed on, or after, February 19th 2020. In the interim, please hold on to all original packaging.
