Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

All regular and express deliveries are shipped via ground with the best available carrier. An order submitted by 5 pm EST usually ships from our fulfillment center within three to five regular business days of order receipt. The number of days for delivery (excluding order processing and fulfillment) appears on the checkout page. The number of days required for order processing and delivery is estimated, but is not guaranteed. Orders to small centers or remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.

Please note that we DO NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Please email us at customersupport@piloti.com to check the status of your order or if you have any questions. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may return new, unused products to Piloti LLC. per our Return Policy Terms and Conditions in FAQ.

Other than U.S., we ship to 50+ countries, which include Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom and Uruguay.

SHIPPING AND BILLING

Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your order upon confirmation of product availability. Piloti LLC. will provide notice of unavailable inventory prior to final processing of the sales transaction. Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENCIES.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

You have read our Privacy Policy, the terms of which appear on our website and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Piloti LLC. and/or third parties designated by Piloti LLC. in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAWS

The terms of this policy and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, USA. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of New York, in the State of New York, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement.
