We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $155 USD.

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping will take 2-5 business days to reach your address. If you need your gear faster, we also offer expedited shipping (1-2 business days) at a cost of $19.99 USD.

Regarding order processing time, an order submitted by 5 pm EST usually ships from our fulfillment center within three to five regular business days of order receipt. Note that the number of days for delivery excludes order processing time.

Returns

For U.S. customers, you may return / exchange items during our 30-day return period by visiting our Returns Portal. There is a $10 restocking fee, except for exchanges and returns for store credit which are exempt from fees.

Once our warehouse processes and approves your return, you will be issued a full refund minus the restocking fee.

Note: For clearance/sale styles, we offer in-line exchanges limited to the same style and color, with refunds only given as store credits. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

For customers outside of the US, once your order has been processed, it can take 8 to 15 days before reaching its destination. However, these times are estimates and vary depending on your country.

Brown and Black Lasted 2 Years - Just reordered

"These are my favorite shoes, period. They look nice enough to wear to business meetings but comforatable enough to wear day to day. I've had a black pair and brown pair for 2 years with almost daily use. Everything held up great on the shoes. The soles were starting to get a little thin so I was getting worried they would be gone forever. I get good compliments on them. Not to mention, they are amazing driving shoes. Good pedal feel and great to wear with super thin socks (or no socks for extra feel). The second I saw them come back on sale, I bought 2 right away. If they were cheaper, I would have bough more. Couldn't recommend these enough. Would love to see them here permanently so I don't have to worry about them going out of production. I would say these and another paid of retired Allen Edmonds driving shoes have been my favorite shoes I've ever had."

"These are the best driving shoes in their line up and feels like a second skin compared to the others. Really sad these were discontinued and the others in the lineup do not compare - I've tried them. If piloti thinks they have competent replacements I will try and review them and buy them if they are even close to how good these slipstreams were"
