We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $155 USD.

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping will take 2-5 business days to reach your address. If you need your gear faster, we also offer expedited shipping (1-2 business days) at a cost of $19.99 USD.

Regarding order processing time, an order submitted by 5 pm EST usually ships from our fulfillment center within three to five regular business days of order receipt. Note that the number of days for delivery excludes order processing time.

Returns

For U.S. customers, you may return / exchange items during our 30-day return period by visiting our Returns Portal. There is a $10 restocking fee, except for exchanges and returns for store credit which are exempt from fees.

Once our warehouse processes and approves your return, you will be issued a full refund minus the restocking fee.

Note: For clearance/sale styles, we offer in-line exchanges limited to the same style and color, with refunds only given as store credits. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

For customers outside of the US, once your order has been processed, it can take 8 to 15 days before reaching its destination. However, these times are estimates and vary depending on your country.

Too tight and short shoestrings

"I previously owned the Shift, but when the rubber started going, I replaced them with these (because I really liked the design). I went with the same size as before but the Icona is much more narrow of a fit. If I hadn't already waterproofed the shoes, I would have returned and opted for wide. Once I squeeze my foot into these, the shoestrings are too short so they appear to be holding on for dear life after they are tied. I wish the sizes between styles were consistent."
